Effective 17 October 2026
Refund policy
This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for paid Klui plans sold by ARCSCALE Group (FZC) (“Klui”, “we”). It forms part of the Terms of use.
1. Monthly plans
Lite, Pro, and Max are monthly plans that renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. The price and card processing fee are shown on pricing and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Mamo on the website at klui.ai.
2. Cancelling
Cancel anytime in Settings → Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Deleting your account also cancels renewal.
If your first month was free or discounted with a coupon, the full price is charged on the renewal date shown in Settings → Account, next to Subscription. Cancel before that date and you are not charged the full price.
3. When we refund
Because you can use your plan as soon as you pay, payments are generally non-refundable once the plan is active. We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount;
- you paid but your plan never became active and we could not fix it; or
- applicable law gives you a right to a refund.
We may also refund in other cases at our discretion, for example a renewal you forgot to cancel that you have not used.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email privacy@klui.ai from the address on your Klui account within 14 days of the charge. Include the date and amount. We reply within 5 business days. The 14 days do not limit a refund that applicable law gives you.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Mamo. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days. A full refund ends the plan it covers and stops its renewal, so you are not charged again.
6. Your rights
Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that applicable law gives you. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
